What You Can Expect This Winter from Hope Energy

As we prepare for the coming winter, we wanted to take a moment to let you know what you can expect from Hope Energy this season. We are thinking of you and your families, and how we can be of service.

We are approaching a winter unlike any other, and you can rest assured that your safety and the safety of our employees remain our number one priority. We continue to follow CDC guidelines and our own pandemic policies, including social distancing and using PPE. If you need in-person service, like an emergency call or repair, we will work with you to make sure that you are comfortable with our coming into your home. You can feel good knowing the same friendly faces of your local HVAC service techs and customer service reps are just a quick call away to help you out with heating, plumbing, fuel delivery, and more.

In light of the challenging year we’ve all had, it feels more important than ever to count what we are grateful for. We are most grateful for our customers and that our hard work has earned their loyalty. Our team works diligently to ensure that every one of our customers receives the highest level of service.
